I’m an IT professional with 7+ years of experience delivering impactful, cross-functional solutions that drive operational efficiency, technology adoption, and business alignment. With a background in program management, enterprise tooling, and technology integration, I’ve led high-visibility projects from scoping through delivery—often working across departments like IT, HR, Legal, and Product Engineering.

 

At Alteryx, I manage the end-to-end program for Barista, our internal AI chatbot, where I’ve designed and launched AI-driven use cases, integrated platforms like ServiceNow, Atlassian, Slack, and more. These efforts required structured planning, stakeholder coordination, milestone tracking, and data-informed iteration.

 

I’ve also spearheaded automation initiatives to replace manual workflows, aligning them with enterprise goals and ensuring scalability. As part of our Enterprise ChatGPT rollout, I helped build AI Enablement programs and led efforts to upskill employees on effective AI use.

 

Earlier in my career, I built the company’s first Executive Support function, standardizing onboarding, global events, and support operations through SOPs and collaborative tools.
